    Answers to questions 1-3
        SIS Web is a popup driven program, this means that due to the authentication process, the program will bring up multiple browser sessions.
        If you have a popup blocker installed (i.e. Windows XP SP2, Norton Security Center, Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, etc.) SIS Web will not work.
        You will either need to add the exceptions for BESD's webpages, or uninstall these types of programs. For further information click here
